EMG protects the confidentiality and security of client information and:
(i) will not sell or rent clients' personal information;
(ii) employees will not discuss the business affairs of any user with any other employee, except on a strict need-to-know basis.
(iii) will not release user information, except upon a user's authorization or when permitted or required by law as mentioned below.
Under certain circumstances, it may become necessary for EMG to disclose the user's personal information or to adhere to the bona fide requests of the government or court or other regulatory agency and/or required by any law. In either case EMG shall be bound by and shall at all times have the legal right to disclose any or all personal information given by the user to it and EMG shall not be held responsible or liable for any eventuality, loss and or damage that may arise from its actions to the user.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
